I'm not 100% about some of these, but this will easily be enough to earn you 10/10 total achievements:

If you've played through the game on each mode a couple of times, you will have likely accidentally gotten most of the secrets. Each level has a secret, so you can check which you're missing from the main menu. You can select levels in Chapter Mode.

Playing through Consider It Mode will unlock three minigames, you'll have to get up to a score of 20 pts. in each. The only slightly difficult one is the baseball game, you'll have to wait for the ball to get just over the base before pressing A. If the ball goes to the left of the screen, you're a little too early, if it goes to the right, a little too late.

ok, so, secret 89 is actually just to hold left so you move left as soon as possible to block the couple and miss the beam

About the No.53 secret you need to speed up as soon as you can so that it splash before the couple pass

Okay i figured it out.
10 - imagine a full set of pins at the back. fall right when the ball would have hit the front pin.
34 - move down (if you can) and try to position yourself perfectly under the other guy, to make the dudes kiss.

Hello! Can someone help me out? At No.53 it says, in order to achieve the secret you need to speed up and splash. It tried it for an hour but it did not perform the splash an therefore no secret unlocked. It does not matter how fast I am speeding up or changing speed or waiting for the couple to pass. Is there something I missed? An additional button maybe? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the guide! The scores in inconsiderate mode seem pretty erratic to me. I did 3 runs and got it on the 3rd, while following the guide as closely as possible. Both the other times I was trying to be even more inconsiderate (failing challenges that were "considerate" in the main game). For whatever reason, there's some overlap for getting the most and least considerate scores

For the baseball game, press A when the shadow of the ball is in the plate

For Situation 91, the most considerate answer is wait until the obese guy peeks at the telephone booth, then press left/right so the obese guy can disguise himself into an Ultr*man.

For hidden secrets for this level: immediately press right button before the obese guy manage to go into the telephone booth.
