Grab your mask off and flip it over, now trigger its fire by applying sparks with either of your hands, the hand that is free, or even the hand holding the mask. This is required for any of the cooking.

CW - Clockwork, a hand motion creating a circle on your mask starting by going right if the hand is at the top of the mask.
CCW - Counter Clockwork, a hand motion creating a circle that is going in the opposite direction to clockwork.
Snap - Snap your fingers over the mask using the trigger button on your controller.
