The best and safest way to achieve the "cheater" title is to improve your skills. This can be done by playing a lot, building a team with your friends and performing strategies with them.

Practice with bots on rather easy difficulties, hold angles and walk around corners without having to focus on actually performing well.

Think about strategies while showering or before sleeping, if you've got friends, form a team with them and discuss different strategies for all the maps you play. Solo-queuing is not recommended as you mostly end up with bad teammates that won't communicate with you at all and the game is basically a constant clutch situation.

Analyze your enemies' behavior and predict their actions based on what you know, and check common positions. You can also tell which strategies are performed by worse or better players, "noobs" tend to hold weird angles or might even be visible to you while they can't see you. You yourself should reflect on your own strategies and do things that you wouldn't expect from yourself.

Probably the most fun option is to do stupid stuff that will most likely make you look like a "noob" with cheats. Just make sure that you're good enough to still win despite using non-meta strategies. Some things like this you can do easily are:

• spontaneously changing from Competitive or Wingman to a Desert Eagle headshot-only training - without changing the match
  
• playing Negev (spray) and M249 (bursts to head)
  
• aiming for feet or crotch only (as long as you kill them)
  
• opening cases during a match (looks like overconfidence or even inventory changer)
  
• constantly pushing, not using the Shift key at all
  
• b-hopping around all the time
  
• talking about random things in voice chat and with the enemy team
  
• not playing rifles, only SMG, pistols and heavy weapons
  
• throwing a few rounds in between (seems like you're trying to keep your stats legit)

The easiest way to get called a cheater is to basically behave like a blatant cheater. This will also achieve the maximum level of toxicity from the enemy team. Here are a couple things that will make you look like a blatant cheater:

• only score headshots
  
• stand on corners uncomfortably long
  
• show your full potential in-game
  
• play without skins
  
• have a low or unreasonably high Steam level
  
• have a private inventory or completely private profile (less fun)
  
• have comments on your steam profile calling you a cheater
  
• use a recently created Steam account
  
• reference popular cheats on your profile (skeet.cc, AimWare, ...)
  
• buy a commend bot so you have an unreasonably high amount of commends
  
• play on common cheater maps (Office, Dust2, ...)
  
• play with common cheater weapons (Dualies, Autosniper, SSG08, ...)
  
• get kills while being flashed
  
• get kills through smokes, walls and boxes
  
• have a Chinese or Cyrillic letter name
  
• have a clan tag that's related to cheating (cheater, semirager, ...)
  
• use a clan tag changer bot (actual cheat with ban risk)
  
• use a kill message bot (actual cheat with ban risk)
  
• be toxic OR don't communicate at all
  
• humiliate "noob" enemies by completely destroying them without showing any mercy

The most obvious way to get called a cheater is to actually blatantly cheat. I don't recommend this at all, players on your team will notice that you're cheating, especially on high ranks and report and kick you and you'll get overwatch banned.

• affect on your main account even when you're playing on a new account
