Solution for Door to Observatory
Oleh Bonnie Elgengard
Only a "short" Guide for the riddle on the Observatory´s door. Just follow these steps if you want the "All Minigames without Skipping"-achievement and have problems with this one fine puzzle.

Door to Observatory
Found this solution in a video on the Internet. Worked fine for me.
I guess, it´s the hardest Puzzle in the game, so I give you the solution. Hope, it helps! :D

I´ve marked every tile with a number. Only press the tiles in the following order:

1, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 1, 1, 4, 4,

2, 2, 5, 5, 16, 13, 13, 16, 16,

14, 14, 17, 17, 19, 19, 21, 21, 21,

22, 22, 22, 24, 24, 24, 19, 19,

22, 22, 20, 20, 23, 23, 9, 9,

3, 3, 21, 21, 10, 10, 10, 4,

22, 11, 11, 11, 5, 23, 12,

6, 6, 6, 24, 24, 24,

1, 1, 1, 4, 4, 4, 19, 19, 19,

22, 22, 22, 7, 10, 8, 8, 8,

11, 11, 11, 2, 5, 20, 23.

That´s it! Well, I know, it´s a lot to do... :D

Mordenkainen is right, that solution works. 15 isn't mentioned, so, to clarify, you also skip that one.

Thank you so much Mordenkainen & Henke37! I was stuck on this one for so long!

Does anyone have a link to an explanation of how to solve this type of puzzles best? I've tried representing them as a matrix of numbers 0..3. I got stuck with the last couple of tiles at one side :c

On my second playthrough I gave Henke37's solution a try and yes: order does not matter and you never have to press a single tile more than 3 times.

Original required 90 clicks, this one requires 42 clicks and can be done from top left to bottom right using Bonnie's numbering:

Tile x Times
------------
1 x 3
2 x 3
3 x 3
4 x 3
5 x 1
6 x 1
7 x 1
8 x 3
9 x 2
10 ---
11 x 2
12 x 1
13 x 2
14 x 2
16 x 3
17 x 2
18 ---
19 x 3
20 x 3
21 x 1
22 x 1
23 ---
24 x 2

Note: you never have to click tiles 10, 18 or 23.

Regardless, thanks to Bonnie for providing the original solution.

I've tried Henke's solution and it didn't work in the slightest. About half of the tiles were wrong. I'm sticking to the original, functional solution.

Hey Bonnie. Thank you for posting this. I just wanted to say that H e n k e 3 7 probably has no idea their posts seem rude. It's a cultural difference, something I have had to learn to adjust my expectations to, knowing a few people from Sweden. I am sure they meant no offense. Of course, of H e n k e 3 7 is absolutely positive that their way is better, I would be happy to read a guide of their version of the puzzle (not commentary on someone else's perfectly reasonable and follow-able guide). Thanks once again.

Nah, we are cool. And yes, I do know about the sourounding tiles also rotating, I did complete the game after all.

But I still claim that the order of the moves does not matter. All that matters is the total number of times each tile is rotated, modulus 4. Shuffle the move order all you want, the result is the same.
