Luigi, the green thunder!

The brother in green is here! He's tired to stay at home while Mario is off to adventures and stuff, so it's his time to shine!

Luigi has now access to Thunder Hand!
To switch this move, use Taunt and then press Special.
(You can still going back to Fireball by pressing Attack during Taunt)

I'm planning to make a spritesheet as well when the character will be finished
