Road Maintenance - Depot (LRT)

Hello all together !

I thought I'll go with the time and do some recycling. ;)
As some of you might see, the "warehouse" or hall - building is a shorter version of
the LRT tram depot, combined with some other new "stuff". :)
I think it fits these new combination very well. :)

Sadly there is no recycling of the old texture, because I needed
additional space for the extra parts of this building... therefore my favorite
mod is useless this time ... but only this time. :P

• 13 x 8 tiles
  
• 50 % more trucks compared to vanilla
  
• 100 % wider radius compared to vanilla
  
• more workers needed
  
• BUT the biggest difference is, it really looks like a maintenance depot,
  NOT like an office building. ;)

• Main: about 11 k tris; texture: 512 x 4096 (d, n, s, a)
  
• Lod: about 120 tris; texrture 128²

Regarding the "high" tris - count.... it´s a "huge" building (13 x 8) ... so it really
isn´t that much.


The building itself doesn't look that good compared to other creation here in the
workshop ... but in combination with some of my absolute favorite props, it looks
absolutely decent in my opinion. :)

• Roll-off container with debris, created by Avanya (these containers are my absolut favorites!)
  
• Construction Equipment props pack, created by Tomas13TO (already older, but still the
  best construction package!)

There is no need to download these props. They are purely decoration for an "all in one" solution.
The building will work without them as well.


I´ll add them when they are back ... ;)
