$MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_RADIUS 150
$MONUMENT_GOVERNMENT_LOYALTY_STRENGTH 1.5
But please understand that the way the game is made makes it impossible to fully update mods just by creating new skins.
For example, it's impossible to add loyalty to any mod through skins.
If the original mod was made before proper skin support was added to the game (such as in the case of this mod), each "skin" is its own building. It's not possible to combine multiple buildings into one by adding a separate skin mod.
I'm more than happy to share the raw mod files I've come up with; you could easily merge those into the mod on your side, if you like. Alternatively, I can give you status on the updated mod page I created.
I acknowledge that these are your models. I have meant no disrespect. All I want is for the mods to be updated.
Do you want me to take down the updates I've already created?
