The Angels of Starbound - FR/FU Patch

A "Frackin' Races" patch for the "The Angels of Starbound" race mod. This mod removes the normal Angels racial buffs and adds FR stats. I also patched the ship locker & FU hardcore respawn.
"Nerfed" the flying tech, and added a upgraded version of it that can be crafted. (you can still get the original tech tagged "Cheat" (you can just craft it for free with /admin if you like to cheat) ).

Race Stats:
Diet: Omnivore

Perks:
+10% Energy, +5% Jump, -50% Fall Damage
Resist +10% Physical, +20% Cosmic
Need to eat less often
Tech: Angelic Flight

Environment:
Cold biomes grant -50% energy regen

Weapons:
Broadsword, Spear: +10% Damage, +1% Crit Chance
Bow: +5% Damage, +10% Crit Damage
Shotgun: +5% Damage, +15% Crit Damage, +5% Crit Chance
Wands and Staves: +10% Damage, +5% Physical Resistance;

Weaknesses:
Weak -20% Shadow, -40% Ice
