We need same as kindergarten too.

@tivaber One teacher for 30 students is a wrong count. Even in primary school, one teacher teaches 30 students in basic subjects (with high workload). Have you forgotten about physical education teachers? And what about the music teacher? And this is only in elementary school!
When we approach the secondary school, already here we have additional teachers in language, in a foreign language, in mathematics, in the fine arts, culture, and environmental studies. Closer to high school, subjects are added: chemistry, physics, biology and anatomy, computer science.
So certainly not 30 students per teacher.

The game counts 1 teacher for 12 students if I recal correctly, and the final number I think it's a function of teacher+staff present at the moment. It's not really up to my mod. The only thing I may do is increase the number of students per teacher.

Looks very nice but it seems there is something wrong with the number of pupils that can be hosted by different numbers of working teachers. It seems these numbers are randomly changing all the time. For instance, at one moment a total of 5 working teachers can host a maximum of 32 pupils at the school, another time 46, another time only 16...
So many pupils have to spend time outside at the schoolyard without getting lessons.
(BTW, shouldn't 1 teacher usually be able to teach about 30 kids in 1 classroom? ;-)

А если подписался на маленькую школу,а до этого на большую,у меня будет выбор или 1 заменит 2ю?(

В какой программе такое можно создать и перенести в игру?

A cool idea for a mod would be a school that had automated buses that worked the same way hospital ambulances do or the automated farm equipment.
