Dota 2 But Constants are Random (UPDATED 2.2)

描述
UPDATE:
- Random factor rebalanced, from 10%-666% to 6%-666%.

GAME:

Almost everything related to abilities (talents and items) are random by 6% to 666% everytime is casted, skilled (or picked.) (Not manacost or cooldown. But intervals or cd related to aghanim are contants.)

So, what are constants? Not to much, just this: Damage, bonus and base stats, duration, interval, percentage, multipliers, delay, AoE, final range, projectiles speed, vision range, channeling time, etc (everything with numbers.)

Some abilities (and item) values are named integers instead of constants, so it's not a bug if you hero ability is dealing normal damage or stun... It's just Dota being Dota.

(If you drop an item and pick it back, you get new stats constants.)

I didn't tested everything so mind some possible broken heroes (or items)

It may crash. Maybe someone will one shot buildings, I don't know, the potencial is limited by your imagination.
