The Origin of Cheese
It all began around 7,200 years ago, back into the historic ages of the Ancient Egyptians, whereby archaeological evidence had proven to us that cheese-making existed back then! WOW!

It is also thought that cheese itself (Not cheese-making) began by a camel-traveller who filled his saddlebag made of dried sheep's stomach, with milk as he was thirsty after trenching through hot deserts and after this mythical being became thirsty, they had noticed their milk had separated into white solids (curds) and a watery liquid (whey). This is thought to have been the start to cheese formation because in order to make cheese you would add milk and stir it (stirring = camel rocking), then the heat from the sun and the enzymes from the sheep's stomach thereby forming cheese!

The entire concept of cheese had however, precisely originated from the transportation of milk in the bladders that are made of 'Ruminants' Stomachs' due to the significant amount of Rennet they contained! To clear up any profound confusion, Ruminants are those people that had 4 different compartments in their stomach called the Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum and the Abomasum! Rennet is a complex set of enzymes found amongst the stomachs of Ruminants!

Furthermore, according to a roman author that goes by the name of Pliny the Elder, cheese because a sophisticated necessity during the Roman Era, Whereby such valued foreign cheeses were transported all the way to Rome, Italy where they were used in order to satisfy the taste buds of the Italian nation!

Cheese-making was ensured by using certain pieces of man-made equipment such as the following!
> Cheese molds
> Cheese strainers

Cheese-making in the 14th Century!

Animal Rennet used to make Cheddar Cheese!
