A guide might not be necessary for this game, but there wasn't one so here it is.

All in a Day's Work
Save the day in the Repair Bay.
Just play to the end of the game.

Training Complete!
Complete BB-8's repair.
In each droid, remove any red component and insert a new blue component in its place.

High Five!
Don't leave G2-RX hanging.
At the end of the game, after rescuing him, G2-RX will hold up his hand. Just tap it with your hand.

The Claw
Deliver each Droid to the repair table manually, before the auto-pilot kicks in.
Use the crane before it automatically picks up the droid and moves it to your table. You just need to watch for when the joystick appears in front of you and begin. The lowering in rising is automatic when the crane reaches the correct position above the droid and table. Green light indicate its being controlled by you.

Greetings!
Say 'Hi' to a BB Unit by waving.
Just after BB8 appears at the far side of the room, wave your hand towards him.

Very Approachable
Pet a Droid while it's on the floor.
After you’ve fixed BB8, he’ll roll around waiting for you to point him in a direction. Wave your hand over or into him.

Thorough Technician
Complete all Droid repairs in a single playthrough.
Replace all the broken parts in each droid. Should be easy enough: take red parts out and put new blue parts in. Do this in a single game for all the droids.

Laser-Guided Precision
Complete a holo-gate diagnostics course with a Droid.
Point and use your trigger to make a laser-pointer for the droid to follow. The droid nearest to the laser-point will always follow. Just direct it to each of the blue circles around the room. Easiest to do after you have fixed the droid and it has been on the treadmill. If another starts following, just stop laser-pointing and begin again near the droid you want to move.

Cardio-botics
Complete a treadmill diagnostic with a Droid.
After you’ve fixed a droid, direct it with the trigger laser-pointer to the circle of textured floor on your left.

Hyperspeed
Complete the holo-gate diagnostic for all four Droids in a single playthrough.
Same as laser-Guided Precision but you need to do so with all droids. The droid nearest to the laser-point will always follow. Just direct it to each of the blue circles around the room. Easiest to do after you have fixed the droid and it has been on the treadmill. If another starts following, just stop laser-pointing and begin again near the droid you want to move.

Kessel Runner
Complete the treadmill diagnostic for all four Droids in a single playthrough.
After you have fixed each droid, direct it to the textured floor-circle to your left so that it can have a roll on the threadmill. Do this with each of the to get the achievement.

Thorough Diagnostician
Complete both diagnostic activities with all four Droids in a single playthrough.
Easiest way to do this is: fix droid, point to treadmill and then direct them straight to the holo-gates after they have finished on the threadmill.

Steady Hands
Don't drop any good parts during repairs.
Just don’t drop any blue components on the floor throughout the game.

Junk Piler
Contribute to the junk pile.
There is a pile of boxes and a gonk droid behind you. Throw red components on there when you take them out. Do this through the game and eventually you’ll get one to land on the pile of junk.

It wasn't me!
Hit G2-RX in the head with a repair part while he's busy.
While a droid is on your table, G2-RX will look down at his tablet. Throw a component and hit him.

Use the Force
Socket a repair piece by throwing it into the Droid's guts.
Take a red broken component out of a droid and, instead of tentatively placing a new blue component in, throw that thing in there. You can throw it from very close so it’s not tricky.

Three Pointer
Throw a part into the rim of the fallen gantry.
At the end of the game, the circular gantry (the one you have been transporting droids with) will fall on G2-RX. While he’s struggling under it, you just need to throw a component through the middle of it. You might want a few tries. If you keep two broken components (one in each hand) from the last droid you fixed, you get two attempts at throwing straight away. After this, throw the broken component from the joystick and any replacements that are delivered for it. Keep throwing them as the little NR-S3 droids will keep delivering new ones. You’ll get it eventually.

Relay Race
Complete a holo-gate course with a different Droid than you started it with.
Do this when you have two or three droids rolling around in the repair bay. Begin going through the holo-gates with one and change to another: stop your laser-pointer and start it again next to a different droid, who will start following instead. Now complete the holo-gates.

Butterfingers
Keep the NR-S3 Droids busy by dropping five good parts on the floor.
Keep throwing blue components on the floor. Once five have been dropped in total, you’re done.

Hot Potato
Throw a repair part into the air and catch it.
As it says. Can be with the same hand or different one. Equally, you can drop it from one hand to another.

Think Fast!
Catch a repair part delivered to you.
Easiest way is to hover your hand just below the slot that the NR-S3 droid fires new components from.

Lightning Reflexes
Catch every repair part delivered to you.
Same as above. Use the same strategy of holding your hand just below the slot in NR-S3 where the new components are delivered from. Only tricky ones are when two are fired one after another: grab the first and immediately drop it so you can grab the next. Or, of course, you can use both your hands. This includes all the parts up until you receive the final component, which is a replacement for the broken component in the joystick after the gantry falls on G2-RX.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I've included a link to your guide in a review I wrote for the VR Achievement Hunters curator page. Thanks for the great guide! :MoeTrophy:

This guide is also featured in a list I created for Free VR Games With Achievements

If you angle both of your controllers out a little so both of the "grabber" things are in the middle of the slot that shoots the repair parts, it makes it much, much easier to grab the repair parts. Also, even if you drop the parts after catching them you can still get the achievement. I dropped one of my caught parts on the attempt that got me the achievement. If you drop a part on the floor, you will have to catch it again though. Catching 1 part is much easier than catching 2 though so it works out.

I've spent up to an hour just trying to get "Lightning Reflexes", stopped for a few months but gonna give it a shot again.

Lightning Reflexes. I am having a lot of trouble getting it! None of your advice has helped me haha. Could someone upload a video doing it?

For anyone struggling on the Lightning Reflexes like I was you can pause the game to position your hand and hold down the pickup trigger before you unpause and it will auto catch it (as long as you lined it up correctly). I wasn’t having luck spamming triggers. I had a quick 1, 2, 3 countdown the second the droid hatch opened then paused the game and it was close to his hatch or in the hatch and I would then just hold the pickup trigger and unpause. For the instances where there are 2 back to back I followed the same strat and just paused about a quick 3 seconds after I picked up the first one. Takes a few tries to get the timing down and whatever way you want to memorize it, but this way worked for me better. Also, can confirm you basically have to catch them before it hovers over the tray at all. It has to have not passed the tray line and has to be basically right as the droid launches it from his hatch.

Ugh, Lightning Reflexes! :crossbones::actime: Doubly annoying because if you miss one, there's no in-game "restart"; you have to quit the game entirely to get another try. Personally, I found it preferable to run the holo-course first, and then the treadmill, I seemed to have more luck beating the "endgame event" that way.

Thanks for the guide, for Lightning Reflexes it seem required that you catch all the parts extremely fast / close to the slot after they come out or none of the parts can touch the tray, I caught all the parts close to the tray and didn't get the achievement but I also dropped a couple of part onto the tray to catch wave 2, so one of those things blocks the unlock...

I ended up spamming the triggers to catch all the parts as I couldn't do it in 1 click so that works.
