Nah, tried it a few times back then and it ended up the same way, odd thing is though when I grabbed someone else's stg with scope it looks normal but when I grab this player's gun it ends up like this. Most probably though just a bug,

must've been some bug, probably solved by going out and back into sniping mode

Lol, I meant why does the scope look like this despite it was supposed to be zoomed. I'm familiar with the scope and used it a couple of times already. I just picked this up from another random enemy soldier.
