DIY your own Training Dummy IV
By Keith
These dummies cannot run away since THEY HAVE NO LIMBS, and also doesn't need any food since they are left forever in bed.

Which means fast recovery too, of course.

These dummies are not for your Def or etc, but may be great for fast Attack/Dex/Weapon Skill Training.

And THIS is how you make one. Or maybe more I guess :D

Step 01. GET DAT "Peeler Machine"
Find the Skin Bandits' leader, "Savant", and ransack his base.

There must be a blueprint of this 'machine' thing somewhere around there.

Step 02. Prepare your 'Training Room'
Prepare lots of beds depending on how many dummies that you will create, since these dummies need some time to heal for additional endless beating :D
Step 03. Prepare your 'Dummy'
Remember, Timing is Everything.

Keep an eye out for their Vital Body Parts' Health, and never let them go down under -100 since it will cause Instant Death.

When everything goes just right, you will end up with 'something' like this.
Make sure that they are WELL ARMOURED, since it will significantly increase the whole training session's efficiency.
Crab Armour Sets are the best that I have found yet.
Step 04. Profit
Hit them until they lose consciousness, Heal them, then move on to the next one. Repeat until you're satisfied.

Working great for me at least for now
P.S Final Tips
Above is the EXP rate for 'weaker' Training Dummy IV (Slaver Guard)
And this is the EXP rate for 'stronger' Training Dummy IV (High Inquisistor Valtena)

In conclusion, It's better to make your dummies with Stronger NPCs since the game's EXP mechanincs work just the same even under these extraordinary situations.

+ P.S

Skeletons will run through this machine, they got more HP so that would be good. Shek could be good bodies for Martial Arts - Darkwood -

Well then, Happy Training :D

you can't "lose" hours of fun, only spend more.

Guide on how to lose hours of fun to cheesy mechanics by making the game unsatisfyingly easy. Not looking down on people using this method, just warning you that this is a game where the challenge is a huge part of the fun, kinda like Elden Ring. If you had godmode in Elden Ring, there would be no point playing it and this game is very much the same. When you get a big and strong enough squad that nothing is a challenge anymore, that's when you start a new save. Just using this to get super high stats will just speed up that process.

I was doing this and it is great. Like others, I prefer the Skeleton repair beds for Skeleton Prisoners. The only big problem is that it is game breaking... so prepared to get bored of the game after a few more play-throughs

You can do this with animal, do not even have to remove limb

Why not just use the training dummies mod? It has dummies for almost everything even the attributes. Also just to be clear I'm not trying to diminish your work by any means.
