Fix 1: Going into settings
The only solution I have found so far is to go into your settings, go to mouse, and enable Mouse Look and Raw Mouse Input. This should make your mouse functional again.

i did this all by accident and was like "ok this has mouse and this has mouse so turn off joystick look" and boom it worked
