What you need to do...

Simply download this File {LINK REMOVED}
and extract it (right click, extract here) in your Titan Quest directoy "....\Steam\SteamApps\common\Titan Quest"
It should look like that now: ....\Steam\SteamApps\common\Titan Quest\Text

start the game and it should be working :D

-Go to your Steam Library and Right Click Titan Quest
-Go to Properties and in the Local Files tab, click the Verify Integrity of Game Cache button
-Let Steam do it's thing
-Start up Titan Quest

###What was the Problem?

So appereantly when I searched for this Problem, there were alot of people that could fix it by changing the language to english. Yea but not for me so I thought my Game was missing the language files installed this Game from another source. Compared the two Game directorys and thats where I saw the folder "Text" missing in my Steam version of this Game.

Even with verfying this game it didn't fix the problem. So I needed to copy this folder manually.
I hope this helps some people to play this Game.

PS. it is 3 in the morning im tired as F#?$% thats why my text is probably not readable. Good night!

My language is not supported, and I expected to play Titan Quest Demo with English but saw a flood of tag-not-found. It was needed to edit <my document folder>\<Titan Quest Demo folder>\Settings\options.txt as follows:

language = <my language>
->
language = English
