This is my [RMS Series] road maintenance depot (Snowfall DLC needed).
All the stats are the same than the standard maintenance depot.
Use the Service Vehicle Selector 2 Mod to control the vehicle types spawned.

Great asset! I will be using it in all my cities from now on instead of the vanilla. And I love your spiral underground car parks too. I have been using them for years.
