This asset is based on hotel Pincoffs in Rotterdam (Netherlands), a 4 star hotel built in 1879.
It is my first building creation attempt (after only creating vehicles so far).

It is a 3x3 corner building, ploppable and RICO ready.
Please leave a rate if you like this building.

Hi
I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel, or even After Dark DLC Tourism asset (or both) for those who only have one of these 2 DLCs?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

Excellent job, you could use some smoothing on the awning and the white's are a bit too bright on the diffuse.
