Исправить бы автору данное здание, ибо в таком доме ну не может жить 1 семья! Минимум 12 примерно наверно... Исправьте пожалуйста!

When I placed this with the RICO mod I found it only had 1 residence. However in RICO settings tab the building shows the correct values. No idea why the RICO settings were ignored.
