Shrapnelproof and Defuse This Achievements

Description
JOIN TERRORIST TEAM!

settings:
mp_freezetime 0
//then mp_restartgame 1

You can easily get the shrapnelproof and defuse this achievements on this map.
First, take 80hp damage from the 2 BOTs' grenades, and wait untill roundend, don't kill them. You get shrapnelproof.
Second, plant the bomb on the B sign, then crouch on the PINK square, and with grenade aim to the other PINK square (like on the picture) and throw them untill you kill the BOTs while defusing. You get defuse this.

Wild Gooseman Chase is doable but Ive setted medium bots, casual then wait for grenades explode, plant c4 in that little hole in wall, hide and listen for defuse, shoot dont kill, ive killed one of them, wait for defuse and go directly on c4 the bot will stop defuse and you have the achivement

cant shoot the ak, but when i look at them after i plant the bomb they stop defusing. Did not work for me.
