Adds four new tools to the game for use by builders - the Portable Paint Tool, Hue Shifter, Holo-Ruler Projector, and Glow Painter.

The Portable Paint Tool is an improvement over the base game's painter tool. It has an on-screen interface that allows for greater convenience, and more features such as selecting the painting radius, and which block layers to paint.

The Hue Shifter is a workbench where blocks can be recolored with up to 360 different shades using a convenient slider-based interface.

The Holo-Ruler Projector is a small single-tile object that can be placed anywhere, even in mid-air, and will project out a holographic ruler aligned with the building grid so you can measure things out more easily. Every fifth tile on the ruler is differently colored for easier measurement.

The Glow Painter can be used to place or remove glowing paint on block surfaces, allowing builders greater control over lighting in their builds.

All of these tools can be crafted at the Inventor's Table for a low amount of materials.
