DESCRIPTION:
I created a modern Park as I felt it is kinda missing from steam workshop. This will give a better look to your areas and also some inspiration to make your own ones!

MANDATORY
► You must subscribe to the required items in order to have this asset working properly.

RECOMMENDED
► It is not mandatory, but I advise you to use this mod: MOVE IT & in order to move your assets where you please.
► I've used this decal to cover the pavement in my park in order to make it look better. But you can use any decal you want.

DON'T FORGET TO RATE so others can find this asset.

"Station Bench (NS)" is required for this park.

The creator of https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=790600209 retired from modding Cities Skylines. He removed the bench from the workshop, so it is no longer visible as a requirement.

Tried using this but when using move it it freezes the game for some reason and demolishing it takes the road attached to it.

There is a collection containing all your assets. please also put the required items into it.
I am not kidding. if i want to use your assets, i want to download the requirements. if i am subscribing to your collection, i should also be subscribing to the requirements.
If I have to go to each individual asset page, then open every individual required item, to subscribe them all one-by-one, I'd prefer to simply not use your assets.

there is no situation where one would download the assets but not the required items to make them work
