解説
"Cold Drinks, Warm Smiles"

RaceTrac is a chain of American gas stations with over 650 locations mostly in the Southern U.S.A. They operate under both the RaceTrac and RaceWay brands.

One sign prop is included in the download. RICO mod settings are also included for the store only.
Parking lots and other landscaping is not included.

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).
