Описание
Modern generic ground floor RICO shop (straight and corner versions). Ground part for the Modular Building concept by Jerenable.
2x2 RICO normal (level 2) and corner (level 3) high-density commercial (6 workers/unit).

Anarchy needs to be turned on (Ctrl+A) to place a modular top part on top of it.

Textures are from one of the Green Cities DLC growables. All credits to CO for making them. I only intend to use DLC textures for assets such as this one relying on modding to work. As such, they are not an alternative to DLC content. Those textures will never be used to republish Green Cities DLC growables.

Sometimes the whole building lights up during the night, it's weird

These are very useful to use in tandem with many other multi-story buildings (residential on top, commercial ground floor). I'm particularly pleased with how they sit at the base of Armesto's Lugo buildings.

@Lost Gecko: One thing! just to second @mebiws, I have also had problems with the night lighting. As shown in mebiws' photo, it's the corner variant that has the issue for me (though his photo seems to indicate the regular version may also have the problem, intermittently?).
