Hi @Lizard
I assume that you use RICO to plop the buildings. This is actually a 2x2 building, so sadly whatever the props that are outside of 2x2 will not be recognized as a part of the building in RICO. Hope this makes sense to you. If you think it' something else, please let me know.

Hi Khrysler, I am having a peculiar problem. When I plop the yeggie, the fenced in area and its props are not spawning. But when included in a district style and spawned via zoning, the props and fences do appear. Is this a problem you have encountered before? Love the asset! :steamthumbsup:

@WilliamtheConqueror
Perhaps you don't have any level 2 building in 2x2 size selected in your district theme?

Loving these, but when I make a district with them, they don't level up. However when I plop them down, they do.

@VandelayOfficial
For my city, I build 8x20 (or more) blocks with small one way streets, just like Aperture says. Other than that, square block of 8x8 or larger would work if you are tyring to build a U.S. style city...I think...

@VandelayOfficial
I recommend either small one way streets or small two way with roadside parking.
kranyarssk14 18. Feb. 2018 um 9:21
what would you recommend for building these? Like, what kind of spacing should i have for roads?
