Shader: Slightly Lighter

A sort of thing that you might want if you are playing in a well-lit environment and having a real hard time telling what's going on even when relatively close to a light source.

Changes brightness based on 0.05 + (color ^ 0.9) * 0.95 formula, which slightly bumps very dark colors while having little to no effect on light colors.
