Well, it's about time I Iet y'all start creating your own stores by using prop signs. It's been one year of Riverpark and a lot of store assets. This marks the end of planned volumes for Riverpark SC. But fear not, new individual stores my show up in the future, or new Wellspring Shopping Center stores will pop up pleasing y'alls store addiction.

Can someone please tell me what "roads" are being used in these parking lots? I don't know how many "plain" or "parking lot" roads I've tried, but none end up looking the same as the ones in these parking lots. Thanks.

Could there be a version that uses random logos, just like some other commercial properties in the game? That way it just randomly displays a logo for each store.
