The model was made by Ryan T for Need for Speed 4. I used the later by FP Stylin' released police version for my conversion. You can download the police version here: NfS4 Version [nfspolicehq.com]
I edited mesh and textures, added additional texture maps and converted it to Cities: Skylines.

Ahh, the Javelin. Great work! Every muscle car enthusiast seems to be big on Camaros, Mustangs, Chevelles, Chargers, and what not, but the Javelin is an underrated gem among the muscle car realm.
