A 2x2 growable level 1 residential for your Cims.

Asset Stats
Main Mesh: 1619 Tris
Lod Mesh: 80 Tris

Textures: 1024 and 128
Diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, illumination and colour maps present for both sets. I baked some AO for you here too and it was tasty.

About
First in a series of what I hope to be many growable residentials inspired by my daily walk to work. Here's this house on Google Maps[www.google.ca] Collection at the link preceding. This is my personal fall and winter project. This fricking house too, it's too cute. Some dude named Nick lives there with his dogs. And the dogs seem awesome - as dogs usually are.

No props besides entry points. There are three entry point props. No dependencies or DLC, etc. Here[drive.google.com] are the source files if you want to remix or redo it.

@Joeymozzer - yeah, EC or East. I just checked them again in Find it and they're all there - both in the 'all' category and in growables. If it does turn out to be me, please let me know and I'll try to figure out what's going on.

yeah i know about adding to a theme, it has to be on my end. i searched all E assests, ill try again

@joeymozzer - I haven't added them to any theme just yet, that would have to be a separate download.

As for searching, all of these assets are named EC Housing something or another. So typing EC in the search field should get you these.

@kyle.patterson Yeah, actually the ones I had in mind will be similar, I think, to what you're thinking of. I don't plan on doing a lot of brownstone, more likely wood and vinyl sided rows to emphasize colour variation.

Looks great! Would love it if you made rowhouses in the same East Coast style similar to the houses you see in South and East Boston.

@icantthinkofaname That's the plan. I'd like to cover off a couple 3x4s 4x4s 4x3s, as well as a bunch of smaller ones like this one. I'm probably looking at 1-2 per week, depending on how complex the geometry is. Thanks for saying so!
