Vanilla (バニラ Banira?) is Chocola's twin sister, and together they are the youngest catgirls in the Minaduki family. She loves Chocola both as a sister and in a romantic manner, and sees Kashou as a love rival, but has always instinctively worried about yearning for a male, so she might have found an answer in the relationship between the three of them. Her cat breed is not mentioned.
Appearance:
Vanilla is a catgirl with white cat ears and a white tail. She has white skin and blue eyes, often squinting slightly. Her hair is white and long, tied up and styled as twin tails supported by a blue ribbon strand.

Her normal apparel consists of a blue dress and a white dress, resembling a lolita style. She wears two large blue ribbons; one on the top of her head and one on her upper chest. Her left hand is lightly wrapped around with a blue string and she wears a small garter near the tip of her tail. She wears white shin-length socks with garter trims and blue mary janes on her feet.

She receives a gold-colored bell once she passes her independent Catgirl training. It's placed on her blue ribbon.
Personality:
Vanilla is quiet, calm and very stoic. She rarely expresses her emotions, making her a somewhat of a kūdere character, as opposed to her sister's energetic, playful personality. She loves her twin sister Chocola and will accompany her always due to her sis-con-like relationship towards her.

Chocola (ショコラ Shokora?) is Vanilla's twin sister, and together they make up the youngest catgirls in the Minaduki Family. The pair of them were found as strays on the side of the road by the Minadukis. A few days after being adopted, they developed crippling illnesses due to refusing to eat, but recovered after being taken to a clinic - Chocola fell in love with Kashou at this point as he stayed and comforted them when they were sick and unable to move.

When they learn about Kashou's plan to move away from the household, she and Vanilla stow away themselves in two boxes that were mailed to the shop so that they can reunite with him, much to Kashou's dismay. Chocola later became a maid at La Soleli and later Kashou's domestic partner. She continues to love Kashou while helping his dream flourish. Her cat breed is not mentioned.
Appearance:
Chocola has long brunette hair in two twintails with two small ribbons a top her head, matching her red and white dress, with stockings and pink shoes, brighter than the other colors she wears.

She receives a silver colored Bell although it is not mentioned what corresponding rank or status comes with the color a catgirl obtains after taking her bell exam.
Personality:
Chocola is a cheerful and energetic catgirl as Kashou himself describes her, 'happy-go-lucky'. She doesn't usually get upset, and even when she does, she often swings back to being as cheery as usual, though occasionally she can be genuinely sad about something. She is curious, and has a childlike outlook on things, which is fitting as she and Vanilla are mentioned to be only 9 months old in human terms.

Kanade has long silver hair, which is often mistaken in the Light Novel to be a shade of blue, that reaches about waist length. She also has gold eyes with hints of auburn/brown in certain lighting.
Her eyes appear to be slightly cat eyed and curved up to fit with her mysterious/kuudere vibe. She wears the standard uniform of the Afterlife School, a skirt over a white petticoat, white knee-high socks, brown loafers and a pale blue barrette clip on the back of her head, which keeps a part of her hair up. Kanade is one of the shortest characters in the series, being only 150 cm (4'11") tall. After her seeming reincarnation, Kanade is shown with short hair tied in a ponytail.


Kanade does not appear to be any less foolish than a typical human being in physical form, but this is contrasted by her lack of detectable emotion. It is difficult to understand what she is thinking due to her rarely showing any outward emotion. Her lack of expression also makes it difficult to determine whether or not she has any consciousness, but she is revealed to be rather intelligent, as she was able to make use of the Angel Player program, creating weapons and giving herself monstrous defense mechanisms, even leading the Afterlife War Front to believe she is an angel from God. In later events, she is shown to have abandoned being friendly because of the rules of the world she is in, as her newly-found friends inevitably leave her when they disappear.

Chocola, together with her twin Vanilla, were found by Kashou and Shigure abandoned at the side of the road as young catgirls. The two Minadukis decided to adopt and bring them home. At first, she and Vanilla were scared due to the fact that they were surrounded by unfamiliar faces. They were unable to eat and a few days later, reached a point that they'd only drink some water and still, haven't touched their food. Due to the combination of malnourishment and cold weather, they both developed crippling illness. Eventually they were in a lot of pain and unable to move at all. Kashou was by their side to comfort their pain. His presence made Chocola to develop an attraction and affection for him. When morning finally arrived, Kashou brought them to the hospital and never left their company. The girls then developed their trust towards others and made them more acquainted with the rest of the Minaduki household. They eventually recovered and since then, Chocola started "loving" her master Kashou
