I know its a bit late (being Christmas and all...) but i have rewrote the mod so hopefully the problems are fixed.

if you have not already done so, please try giving the game a restart. I have had no issues with the this music pack on both my PC's.
If that does not help there is a high chance that the music pack is functioning, just go to CSL Music Mod's drop down bar that displays all your music packs somewhere along there it should come up. If it does not go into CSL Music Mod's menu and create a hot key to change stations then, scrol through all of them.

Is anyone else having this issue?

does even work because i have it subscribed and enabled in the content mangaer i also have the CSl music player but it is not showing up in the channels list
