So when you reach Level 20 in Onehanded Armsman Rank2 is automatically added.
I feel like the issue with the perk tree is the multiple ranks required in many perks."
Do you think you would be able to implement anything like that? I wouldn't feel right about getting +100% One-Handed dmg with a Level 15 Onehanded Skill
