No bugs to report, and great job. :)
-"I have searched but can not find a mod, nor do I know how to implement myself, that changes perks as such...
-You only invest ONE Perk Point in everything.
-Once one point has been spent, if a Perk has multiple tiers then the following perks are automatically added when you reach the required skill level; with no point cost.
Example: You spend a Perk Point in the first One-Handed Skill Perk, Armsman.
So when you reach Level 20 in Onehanded Armsman Rank2 is automatically added.
I feel like the issue with the perk tree is the multiple ranks required in many perks."
Do you think you would be able to implement anything like that? I wouldn't feel right about getting +100% One-Handed dmg with a Level 15 Onehanded Skill
