Modular building by Jerenable

These buildings are a bit different from normal buildings because there is a top and a bottom to a specific building of your choosing. Having these parts seperated means mixed zoning is possible. Placing is done using an anarchy mod of your liking this is because I wanted full road snapping capabilaties for the buildings mixed zoning is made possible by the Ploppable RICO mod linked as Required for this asset.

First you place one of the bottom parts.


Then one of the tops and thats it.
