Arrowhead Building by Exurbanite


An early 20th-century storefront utilizing elements of art deco and mid-century modern.

Intially this asset was going to be a plain filler storefront with no remarkable designs, but I couldn't resist experimenting with some tile textures...I think the unintended result came out quite well. I also made sure to include ample space for signage between the windows and the tile pattern.

Loosely based upon a real building in Glendale, AZ.
