Análise de acesso antecipado
Hey, I have driven a GT4 in real life, and discussed with mechanics and track day drivers with real life racing experience about this sim. I have feedback for this sim.

Pros:
- Physics are basically nearly perfect, even though there are flaws.
- Car behaves realistic, way more authentic than most sims out there.
- Graphics are natural, not the most outstanding but quite good.
- Car basically feels really good in FFB wise, feels numb but it's basically how real life works as well with power steering, most authentic simulator you can so far.
- Some car's sounds are really nice, especially S2000 and Porsche Cup.
- Slicks feel like actual slicks, the feeling is superb having grip in the steering wheel
- Porsche Cup is a big plus, feels like how a Porsche actually is, tricky under braking but very playable on throttle and steering.
- Having selections to different specs of cars is a huge plus
- Launch control features and drive modes are nice, dashes are nice as well.
- Race car and road car electronics has a difference, huge plus because most sims don't have that.
- Really good foundation for an early access game.

Cons and must be improved as soon as possible:
- Optimization, performance is dogwater without a super computer. (Even tho I run very well on i5 12400F and RTX 3060Ti), but after beta running it does feel better but still needs improvement.
- Road cars are too fast, too much grip available, GR86 is 6-7 seconds faster than irl in Laguna Seca with road tires. Road tires feel like brand new fresh semi slicks, Hypercar tires are basically slicks, it's better to balance it out, it's too fast.
- SoP effect isn't enough, it feels more like after the initial snap there is more effects into it.
- Front wheels completely lock up if you entire into the gravel in rain.
- Menu for keybinding is much more complicated than usual, rather properties are always shown and FFB in another page.
- Rain feels a bit too forgiving in my opinion, but a bit makes more sense than ACC.
- ABS needs fixing in terms of how the brake locks you up if you turn, it is supposed to increase braking distance not make the car lock up, except the race cars they are made to beat humans. The only cars that work so far are the BMW M2 CS Racing, and slower road cars.
- Tire noise is simply too much, it's recommended to put it on low tire volume to make more sense in the behavior of the car.
- AI needs complete rework.
- Needs working on online servers, as well like ACC if the servers go down you basically are done.
- Slicks have too much grip in the wet.
- Too extreme level of kerb usage and not enough punishment into it.

Cons and but nothing really:
- More drive modes for some cars (I think I'm not sure if drive modes even affect the driving performance), but make different drive modes more noticeable in performance.
- Sounds are quite mediocre but nothing really.

Stuff that we all like to have:
- PRNDM/S (realistic automatic transmission for some cars) and being able to switch from auto to manual or something like that
- A different tire model with different tire brands, and being able to buy tire sets with different brands.

Side notes:
- In my experience this is more GPU intensive than CPU intensive.
- In my experience my game runs well without upscaling/frame gen. Can be different to your experience. I'm using 1080p with i5-12400F and RTX3060Ti.
- I'm not sure if there is eSports in this sim, but probably the focus isn't that really good.
- I'm not sure if the mods will be available in this game, but don't cry if there isn't mods in this game, because this game doesn't really need mods in the end of the day if this is how it drives.
- Pricing is aggressive, I know but for what it is it can be one of the best sims in sim racing history.

Here are notes for this early access if you want to buy it.

Here are the reasons TO buy it:
- Demo of drive modes and features
- Driving experience very authentic compared to the real thing, superb handling.
- Discount (Duh) or want to buy cheaper now so you can get all the content now for v1.0
- Graphics are quite natural and not over exaggerated
- Porsche Cup fans who like Porsches

Here are the reasons NOT TO buy it.
- Performance issues in v0.1 (I mean you can still buy it and save it up for a better PC then)
- Issues with triples and VR in v0.1
(I think these will be fixed soon)
- If you do not understand how a real car feels (because it may feel weird to some people, due to power steering and how the car feels to you guys.)

Driver academy review:

PROS:
- At least the system is there, and can be improved.
- Road cars are actually challenging at the beginning.

CONS:
- Too easy to pass 3 stars on all of them except the electric car one.
- Progression is too little

SUGGESTIONS:
- There should be a system where you pay for the license then there is reward for it, and rewards are too much that it's too easy to grind it and then nothing happens afterwards.


I hope this helps from a person with real life racing experience.
(I'll give updates after maybe v0.2 again)

As well again for early access this is great and all the best for the devs because this is quite a lot of progress and it's best to take time rather than rushing work, as rushing work makes it even worse.

this simulator is really good imo. It is perfect with mods.
