Be prepared to spend more hours queueing up than actually playing the game.

Early Access Review
In its current state, Farlight 84 is decent, but it could be better. I only wanted to play it on Steam because of the excessive clutter on mobile, but unfortunately, that's where the problem begins. Auto Looting for example, can't be turned off. It's not even a setting for PC client, which is crazy due to how mobile does have said option. Not to mention the game hates mouse and keyboard as well as controller users due to key-bind customization, or lack-there-of.

Some suggestions would be, for mouse and keyboard, rather than binding item interactions with the LAlt + scroll wheel up and down, make it so that when we align the cross-hair with the respected item, we can pick it up with (ex.) F, or X. The same applies to controller. Never in all my years of playing FPS games have I been prompted to gloss over a weapon menu by pressing a combination of L1 + Select for up, and L1 + Pause for down. Some key-binds make little to no sense too, such as holstering weapons with X key, when you could easily just toggle 1, 2, and 3 on mouse and keyboard, and on controller simply hold the Y button instead of L1 + Y. It's as if it was the developer's intent on over-complicating these functions.

On contrary, if you're able to drown out the major problems listed above, you'll have plenty of fun playing Farlight 84, especially if you have friends on board. With a variety of different game modes such as Team Death Match, Solo (1v1), as well as of course Battle Royale and other modes, it's hard to find yourself getting bored. It's far-fetched, but if this game had a campaign mode we would have to pay upfront for, I wouldn't mind supporting the dev team, because the characters are likable, and the mechanics are interesting and unique.
