I've been wanting to play this game for years now but there was always something stopping me. Most of the time it was that the price was too high for me, I didn't know if I should buy the original or the remake or I just forgot about it. But on August 25, 2024, I decided to finally buy it and I will never regret it.

It's such a beautiful game with such an interesting, enjoyable, sad and sometimes even a little scary story. All the characters are so well made and you get so easily attached to many of them while disliking others so much. The scenery is so beautiful and the graphics make the game look so beautiful and unique. I stopped playing until today, at the end of December when I got to episode 5 because I was afraid to finish the game and now I'm a little sad that I'll never get to experience it for the first time again. However, the ending was so well done and words cannot describe how confused and fascinated I was by everything that happened.

So if you haven't already guessed it, I recommend this game very, very much.

Little spoiler:
I just have to add that Warren is so underrated and hated unnecessarily and personally I think he fits better with Max than Chloe does. I'm always here for lesbian relationships but just not in this case. Warren might be a tiny bit of a creep, but not in a way that I find malicious. He's more or less an average high school boy with a huge crush who still needs to learn a few things. Warren may have some negative traits, but so does Chloe and they both need to learn things. Chloe is such a cool friend and Max simply has more things in common with Warren. That's just my opinion though.

I absolutely love this game! The graphics are so good and I love the characters and story so much. I thought this game was all about killing nazis but it actually has some really sweet scenes that made me love the main group of characters even more. I recommend choosing Wyatt, he's such a sweetheart. (if the upgrades matter a lot to you then Fergus' health upgrades would be more useful though) <3

I love this game! It reminded me of how much I love Star Wars. The campaign was amazing and it's so much fun to play with friends.

I love this game soo much! It may be old but I love playing older games...and they're much more affordable... The fact that the characters don't look too realistic also makes it less scary and perfect for me. I get scared quite easily but I love horror games so this is the perfect amount of scary. I got this on sale but it was totally worth the money even though it was so cheap. For a game that was made in 2005, the graphics are also so great and the story itself is so good!

I love how funny the characters are (especially Leon), even in serious situations, and I love the designs of them all! Leon does look very good in the remake but I can't help but love the original one even more. I especially prefer how Krauser looks here...I think his looks and voice are just so much better in the original. Ashley is so cute (but sometimes annoying) and Luis is so funny!

I've noticed how it's much harder to find ammo in the newer Resident Evil games but here there's ammo laying around everywhere which makes things a lot easier! This game also has unlockable costumes, unlockable weapons and unlockable game modes in the base game and you don't have to spend more money than for the game itself! That's why I totally recommend this game! Just wait for it to be on sale and then it's perfect for when you can't afford or just don't want to spend so much money on newer games...:)

So far I love this game. It's so detailed and realistic! I was surprised when I realized how sad the game actually is because I didn't expect it to be anything like this. Connor, Kara and Markus have my heart though. :)

I haven't been playing this game for too long but so far I love it. The characters look so realistic and the zombies have very cool designs. It's a little annoying that it sometimes takes so many bullets to actually kill a zombie, but I can live with that.
It's just that the game hates me and gives me troubles every now and then. The first problem was that the scene after the gas station wouldn't load no matter what I did. I tried again and again, I even reinstalled the game, but nothing worked so I let my friend log into my account and play the scene of getting to the police station for me. After that everything was peace and joy until the next problem came. The game froze in a doorway I needed to get through to continue the game. I tried again and again but it froze at the exact same doorway, in the exact same place over and over again. I don't know what to do anymore, there must be something wrong with my computer but still Resident Evil 2 is the only game that has these problems. I guess my friend will have to help me again!
I'll probably write another review later when I finish the game but I just had to write this now! :)
