Well Yes but actually No.
Pros :
+ Good horse game
+ lots of fun first few weeks
+ A Nice and mature player base overall
+ Visually stunning
+ Interactive world
+ Immersive AI for NPC's except horses
Cons :
- A very strong Aim Assist with Aim tracking for controller users (built in aim-bot by rockstar)
- lack of content for an online game
- play on your own risk / no security / hackers and mod menu users are gods in this game and there is no use in blocking or reporting them
- weak support from rockstar
- gets worse with each patch
- Unstable and buggy af
- GRIND
- No dedicated servers / no anti cheat systems / p2p
- bad (no) optimization for mid tier and low end computers
