to get things off the game trys to pull a dirty and trys to get you to get epic games, i think people are a bit harsh and review bombing however it should be fixed... speaking of

- X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dead Island 2, delete the EpicOnlineServices folder
- Open the "DeadIsland.ini" file change "NoOperation=0" to "NoOperation=1"

there... theres your fix (i got it from a different review and it works.

now for the game

Pros:
-classic dead island experience combat and gore all as it should be
-weapon mods make you feel like a god
-a new kick variant that sends zombies flying and is to funny not to spam
-love the feedback from tearing clothes off zombies when slashing them
-you fight she-hulk at her wedding
-fury is satisfying
cons:
-the characters are boring and have 2d personalitys (early game)
- i dont like the cards system and much prefer the old leveling up system compared to this card system witch in my opinion doesnt change gameplay too much compared to the first game
-kind of disappointing ending

the Vic 2 experience:

1.find a nation you like to play

2. never play any other nation no matter how hard you try, this nation is most likely Prussia

3. repeat step 2 till the end of time 10/10 would recommend

overall pretty good game, the start of the games jumpscares are really well done but after you go into the first infinite room its not very straightforward that you have to take a picture of an object or you die, and the jumpscares get pretty tame after that, having said that the sound is really good, honestly needs just more subtle jumpscares, it did a really good job on the monster that broke the vent and when the spacesuit fell over, nice free game honestly would really recommend a play
