I reviewed this game earlier, but here is my now in depth review of DRG:

The game itself as a whole is one that anybody from any level of skill play can enjoy regardless of your game experience. I jumped into Deep rock looking for something new relating to the open world/adventure/some shooting genre of gaming. This fits perfectly into that cocoon of a category.

With that being said, there are some key things that i wanted to provide to all players in the gaming world. Keep in mind that this is my opinion, and my opinion only. . .

1. The game is amazingly smooth with game play. I myself have not had one instance with glitching, or timing out since i first started playing at the beginning.

2. If you're here to complain about graphics not being up to your standards, then you're obviously in the wrong realm. The graphics have no impact on this game whatsoever, due to the amount of other amazing additions that come with the game and how smoothly it runs. The developers have thought this game through to the point that the main terminal when you first immerse yourself into the game has it's own hall of fame room/museum, A BAR to order drinks from, a dance floor, a barrel kicking thingy/game/inferno basketball hoop and literally every station you could think of to customize anything and everything you would need in the game. I'm still finding things here and there that I had no clue existed.

3. If you're one of those people who loves playing by yourself, or just one other person like me, you can still enjoy this game. They have found a way to make it work. Just make sure you have a good pair of Dwarves to dive with. I recommend the driller/engineer with a gunner/scout.

4. I love the community. The most non-toxic community i have ever played with or been a part of.

5. There is always the feeling of "what's next?" I have over 55 hours of game play at this point and i am still invested. I haven't even promoted my character yet, but I always feel like i am working towards something more rewarding.

6. Lastly, this game lives up to the hype. Not only was it pre-released free, but it deserves the 9/10 score that it has displayed. Personally, i think it deserves a 10/10. I've played lots of cheap games that were in their beta phase and none compare to the magnificent gameplay of this one. I see good things happening with DRG as it continues to mold itself into easily one of future representations of what games should be like.
