This is my favorite fighting game combat wise simply off of the fact that anyone can do anything at any moment. My least favorite thing about every fighting game I've played is that they always have some sort of boring broken combo that does like 40% of your hp or more which immediately makes not want to play the game. The biggest issue in this game is that character balance simply makes no sense. I get they're trying to be quirky in a way and try to make games, "like they used to be" and keep things unbalanced but this is a $70 fighting game with ranked and an official tournament. Thankfully they did put out a patch which a lot of people praised but I wasn't there before so I can't say how good it really was. Although this game was basically in beta when it was first released for the sole reason of it's visuals, combat, and character uniqueness I'll give it a Yeah! :3

Tank is my preferred role but it's so poorly tuned that it's hard to enjoy. They somehow made tank the most useless and impactful role at the same time. Your goal is to literally eat bullets, try to kill things, make space, and protect your backline all at the same time. It also doesn't help that bad teammates, especially dps players, complain about the tank not doing their job when going 4 - 6 or heal botting supports with 20 dmg telling you to "stop taking damage", despite having more kill agency than dps at times. Dps and supports are fine to my knowledge but tanks need to feel more like tanks.

Came for the lobotomy. Stayed for the lobotomy.

I don't know if the lobby system is horribly designed or if that little people play this game but please fix it. Also $10 DLC is insane. Also please stop nerfing victim for 2 seconds <3

Pyro made the game look way more fun than it actually is. I am now actually beginning to think this game is actually just some gag that people act like is some sort of holy grail. Would not recommend if you enjoy spending your time on good games. I also forgot to mention that the music is absolutely horrible and just gets annoying after a certain point.

As usual the survivors are completely fine but the killer is absolutely abhorrent. This is fundamentally the worst killer ever released in Dead by Daylight. Skull merchant gameplay is just place drones at generators, go to the generator after you get notified, chase the survivor or place another drone, repeat. The entire power of this killer is literally just stopping gens temporarily, I truly hope this killer gets a rework.

As much as I currently am enjoying the story and gameplay, this hololive collab is HORRIBLE. If it was $19 like most of the other skins seem to be, I'd buy it after getting the character, but $36 for a skin???? Why would a normal hololive viewer like me go into a game they have never played before, and just casually spend $36 JUST because hololive members are there. The worst part is that this isn't just scummy, it's stupid. Why would you actively make something that makes your game look INSANELY P2P for your most appealing collab ever? You have lost thousands of possible players because you want to extort a few whales for money even though that's less of a profit. Also don't bother having a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if it's basically gonna be p2p unless you get VERY lucky. I have also seen youtubers talk about the origin update making it worse for players and I completely see how after playing. You guys really need to think logically over there and I'm not even trying to be mean, these decisions make it look like your objective is to lose money.

Is that a gacha system with horrible rates and no pity in my $20 dollar game? Seriously though why does this $20 game have a worse gacha system than free mobile gacha games??? I also like how the buyable raiders and character skins are at the perfect price so that you can only get a few unless you use money ($20 game btw). Balance wise this game has gotten WAY better compared to how it was months ago but where is the crossplay? If they had a valid reason for it not being in-game I would stop asking but they have yet to tell us anything despite it only benefiting them. Overall though If you don't care about winning or losing then go ahead but if have even a shred of a desire to win, then enjoy having a lower win rate because you didn't get lucky on the gacha ($20 game btw)
