首先，Black Mesa的画面整体给的人感觉特别舒服、耐看，每一处光影柔和细节，建模贴图精细，手感一级棒：其次，Black Mesa的故事剧情在深度还原半条命1原作的基础之上又不失创新（特别是在美轮美奂又充满未知与险阻的Xen星的刻画上的表现）,游玩的时候玩家临场感和代入感绝佳，作为半条命系列老粉，本人认为Black Mesa是重温半条命1的最佳方式!!!
