I think it's the best DOOM game! I've played DOOM Eternal so I know what I am talking about. I had a good experience espetially because comparing to eternal, this game doesn't show to the player every weakness of demons and this one does not indicate the way to go in a obvious way like eternal do. DOOM has a very cool lore too, which is more developed in this one if compared to the others.. If you die you have to restart from the last checkpoint, which is great! So there's not extra lifes! The bosses are really cool too. The only flaw is the snap forward which is absent here. Anyway the gameplay is pretty pleasant even if there's no snap, espetially because there are lot of areas to jump high during the fights! And another small flaw is that the chainsaw is not that useful here because the map is full of ammo on the ground, and there are even special boxes to get ammo! I've finished the game but I still have to do the achievement that tells you to cut 50 demons with the chainsaw!. The good thing about this is that you will not run out of ammo XD
It's godly game guys, don't miss it!
