To anybody who is wondering how to get the side quests, enter the game first and click "Exit DDLC" or when you enter the game go to settings and do that. Once you click on it you will see the screen change and says "Login" or "Metaverse" that means you can now access the story quests. I recommend you to get all the scenes in Doki Doki so you can set them as your wallpaper. You can enter DDLC again if you are in the screen where you can select side quests and other stuff.
