Overall, it is a great game for the money. More complex than expected, especially considering the small team of developers.
It clearly needs some work here and there, it gives the impression of being an "unfinished" game, but, as it seems, the developers are active and willing to constantly upgrade to community's desires. There are some wonderful new ideas, which I didn't encounter to other RTS games before. I like especially how you can combine macromanagement with micromanagement, the possibility to make from each battle a campaign on its own.

The game is a combination of Total War with Age of Empires.
