Has proven ability to produce creative, original ideas, plans, products or methods,even if they’re not always practical, in line with organization needs, or successful. Axel is willing to face physical risks and danger, and appears to do so without fear. Sets an example of bravery that inspires others. Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Axel makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members.
