I got Halo CE Anniversary max settings by settings my settings to borderless, 80 - 90% render resolution and capping at 30. then I went into LS and set Frame Gen to the latest LSFG Performance and x2 with AMD FSR set as scaling method with everything set to auto and optimized. I can try some games for you if you want. Also you can bump performance a lot by upgrading to 16GB ram if available in your country.
