Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. Habitually asks questions in order to fully understand a position or a statement. Keeps asking until the facts are clear and the truth is understood. When ideas are challenged by others, Reflex tv listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. Sometimes Reflex tv needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal.
