What can I say. I bought the hype, was let down. Just like almost every other game release post 2015. Got the classic “Internet Historian” NMS video. Was blown away that they didn’t give up. Immediately bought the game on PC and have been in love ever since. There is nothing quite like this game. I’m 300 hours in, which is not a lot, and I’m still seeing things I’ve never seen before. In a climate of EAs and Ubisoft and MCTs and $100 expansions and $70 skins what a blessing to live at the same time as HG, CDPR and other companies that produce passion and not bottom lines. Larian as well. LNF will be a day 1 purchase. And regardless of the state of that game on release I won’t care. Because I know I’m about to receive 10-15 years of free massive support. That’s what you get with NMS. That’s what you get with Hello Games.
